Parts of a house can be raised and shimmed between the top of the foundation and sill plate.  The center of a house can be lowered by removing columns under main support beams and installing adjustable columns.

Used to stabilized a wall that has experienced varying amounts of settlement and rotational displacement.  We use a W4x13 steel restraint installed against the foundation wall, anchored in concrete at floor level and secured to floor joists with 6” x ¼” steel plates, using, 3/8” lag bolts.

Repair poured concrete walls.  This method of repair will structurally bond the concrete on both sides of the cracks and prevent future potential water infiltration at the crack locations.

The Use of Expoxy Urethan Injections, Drain Tile Systems, or Sump Pumps to reduce moisture damage to your foundation. 

This system is installed by removing sections of the basement floor along the foundation wall(s), installing 4” perforated pipe in a gravel bed and connecting the pipe to a sump pump or existing drain tile system.  The section of the floor is replaced with concrete over the pipe, with expansion joints next to wall.

The concrete floor is removed and dug to install a plastic sump well insert and sump pump.  Water is discharged through a pipe outside and away from the foundation.
